the desired OULN schedule
*select
'VIEW' on the top Menu bar
*select 'TEXT SIZE'
*select 'SMALLEST'
To
Print Schedule:
*load
legal size paper in printer
*select
'FILE' on the top Menu bar
*select 'PAGE SET-UP'
-change 'PAPER SIZE' to 'LEGAL'
-change 'ORIENTATION' to 'LANDSCAPE'
-click 'OK'
*Select 'PRINT'
